University: Re-learning responsibility to colleagues

The French system of higher education and research pattern is trapped in a dead end. Its national organization by disciplines as well as the long standing division between universities and "Grandes ecoles", Higher education institutions and research organizations increasingly conflicts with the organizational turn of universities.
