Zusammenfassung:	Abstract Testing of clinical plasma specimens by the COBAS AmpliPrep/COBAS TaqMan CMV Test (CAP/CTM CMV), COBAS AMPLICOR CMV MONITOR Test (CAM CMV), and a laboratory-developed assay using analyte-specific reagents (LC CMV) demonstrated substantial result bias for CAP/CTM CMV versus CAM CMV ( r = 0.436) and CAP/CTM CMV versus LC CMV ( r = 0.773).
