Zusammenfassung:	Alice in wonderland syndrome can occur with migraine headaches, brain tumors, and use of psychotropic drugs and can occur as a complication of viral and bacterial infections [2]. When human herpes virus type I IgM and IgG were pozitive, IV acyclovir 750 mg was given 3 times until human herpes virus polymerase chain reaction showed a negative result in cerebrospinal fluid.
