Investigating the awareness and ability of medical students in using electronic resources of the integrated digital library portal of Iran : a comparative study

Investigates and describes the information needs of medical students and measures to what extent electronic resources are available through the integrated digital library (IDL) portal of Iran. Aims to discover some of the barriers that students encounter in the process of fulfilling their information needs. Compares what e-resources and databases were used, how the students were acquainted with them and why they were used. Highlights the problems faced by medical students in accessing e-resources in IDL in Iran (IDLI).
