Zusammenfassung:Renal graft neoplasias are a rare complication,possibly due to the immunosuppressive therapy itself and increased susceptibility to potentially oncogenic viruses. Few case series have been reported in the literature on the treatment of such tumors, so far there is no clear consensus on how to deal with them. We conducted an exhaustive review of the literature to examine the treatment performed by different authors.
