Zusammenfassung:The slope of this line is dictated by the 'parameter ratio' which may be arbitrarily set either according to the method of Nicolaou et al 4 or as per Siemens machine settings. [...]there has not been a comparison between DECT and another sensitive imaging modality such as MRI scanning, which in our series was only counted as positive if both readers concurred. [...]we believe the 2-reader MRI results are reliable and that in our hands a DECT parameter ratio of 1.55 is most correct.
