Comparative Study on Team Trust and Cohesiveness Level of Liaoning Women Volleyball Team and Opponents

Volleyball game is a kind of competing sport with two teams separately divided by net, which demands the cooperation among team members very much, whenever it is a real game or during the training. In those professional games today, it is not only the study of techniques and tactics in volleyball games are focused, but the comparativeness of team trust and cohesiveness level is also important. This paper, using documentation, measurements and statistics, conducts a comparative study on team trust and cohesiveness level of Liaoning women volleyball team and her opponents. It discloses some of the difference which could be helpful to improve Liaoning women volleyball team s performance in the 2013 National Games.
