Zusammenfassung:This paper incorporates plug in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) in the reactive power market. The PHEV capability curve is first extracted considering the operation limit of PHEV. In order to offer price in the reactive power market, expected payment function (EPF) of PHEV is then proposed based on its capability curve. The reactive power market is cleared by minimization of total payment function (TPF). TPF is in fact the amount of dollars paid to the accepted synchronous generator and PHEVs in the reactive power market. Furthermore, the uncertainty of PHEVs, synchronous generators, as well as the uncertainty of load is taken into account in the proposed framework. The effectiveness of the proposed reactive power market is studied based on a 17-node microgrid in both cases of with and without consideration of PHEVs, synchronous generators, and load uncertainties.
