Zusammenfassung:The two main criteria for successful high speed yam winding with no yarn failure are maintaining yarn tension variations at a level sufficiently high to achieve package stability while at the same time keeping tension fluctuations to a minimum. Their importance arises from the fact that uneven tension causes uneven package density. which in turn results in unevenness in subsequent technological processes such as dyeing, knitting, weaving, etc. Therefore, to manufacture a package with acceptable quality features such as stability, constant density, constant package stiffness, etc., the yarn winding tension must be controlled during winding operations.
