Zusammenfassung: | Longitudinal research in Australia examining the impact of MASH, an undergraduate clinical education model, on nursing students' perceptions of the clinical learning environment. Scores on the modified version of the Clinical Learning Environment Inventory for students participating in the MASH model of clinical education were compared with those for students participating in non-MASH models. The impact of student centredness, and the continued presence of a preceptor and/or a clinical teacher, on students' learning is discussed. 31 references |
