Zusammenfassung:Index system of city community sports culture in China including four first level indexes, ten second level indexes and fifty two third level indexes was established on the basis of Delhi method and factor analysis verification. Based on the average score, weights of indicators at all levels were calculated. Countermeasures for the sports culture development of the old city communities, new communities and suburban communities were proposed.
