Expression and modulation of adipolin/C1qdc2: a novel adipokine in human and murine ATDC-5 chondrocyte cell line

Here we describe, for the first time, adipolin expression in human chondrocytes as well as the intracellular mechanism involved in its regulation. [...]we show that adipolin expression is modulated by pro- and anti-inflammatory factors in chondrocytes.
