Zusammenfassung: | Since the implementation of liberal economic reforms in China and India, both countries have experienced rapid economic growth and positioned prominently in the global economy. Although both countries were founded about the same time -- India in 1947 and China in 1949 -- , it is interesting to know why the reforms were implemented and why were carried out first in China and then India.
