Zusammenfassung:The case vignettes were described as a useful educational tool to promote discussion of family-driven care and important system issues. [...]residents indicated that the use of the Toolkit helped focus their efforts on family-driven, youth-guided care, including helping to guide the family in their interactions with the various systems. Other types of systems-based rotations included juvenile justice settings (detention, training schools), child welfare settings (residential facilities), primary-care settings (general pediatric clinics), developmental disabilities settings (developmental evaluation centers, allied health clinics, day treatment), substance abuse treatment services settings (residential facilities, day treatment, intensive outpatient services), and early-childhood services settings (early intervention, day treatment).
