When adrenal Cushing's and phaeochromocytoma meet

After laparoscopic surgical removal of the enlarged adrenal, gross examination (figure F) and immunohistochemistry (figure G-I) confirmed that an adrenocortical adenoma causing Cushing's syndrome and a phaeochromocytoma had actually developed in the same adrenal gland.
