Zusammenfassung: | Physical modeling of the high-temperature cooling and solidification of slag melt that is penetrating into spherical packing permits assessment of the thermal and physical parameters of the slag as it cools in the spaces between the spheres. The chemical and phase composition of the broken slag is investigated, and its physicomechanical characteristics are determined. The data obtained permit the development of systems to convert slag melt to gravel and inert filler for concrete. |
