Zusammenfassung:Patients with epileptiform changes on the EEG not associated with epileptic seizures or the clinical signs of epileptic encephalopathy are commonly encountered in clinical neurology. Observation results of 52 children with these EEG changes are presented. A high incidence of migraine in the families of these children was noted, along with a link between EEG abnormalities and previous craniocerebral trauma and other diseases affecting maturation of the brain.
