Zusammenfassung:	An analysis of observations of 81 patients has shown that inadequate operations might be followed by the appearance of continuing growth of the tumor in 24.7% of cases. Reoperations made for clinical-laboratory indications are followed by residual tumors in 61.29%. After inadequate operations the patients must be under active observation.
