Zusammenfassung:The analysis of combine endovenous laser coagulations in 167 patients, treated from 2007 to 2011 with different types of chronic venous insufficiency of superficial veins of lower limbs varicous disease were analysed. The high efficiency of minimal invasive combine surgical treatment, using high energetic diode laser Dornier Medilas Fibertom with wave length of 940 nm was done.
