Zusammenfassung: | The research makes an overall investigation on the characteristics and restrictive elements of the teenagers' behavior in the extracurricular physical exercises. The results indicate that sex, school geological location and features do not have impact on the physical exercise attitudes of the teenagers on the "two rhythm aerobic exercises". But they have significant impact on the physical exercises outside school, sport competitions inside school and the daily " infinity 1 h" physical exercises. The performance sequence is primary students, junior school students and senior school students. And the organization form and content of inter-class exercises has been influenced by the features and geology locations of the school and differences in the grades. It is reflected in the traditional features, flexible organizational form of the inter-class exercises and more innovative inter-class exercises of the junior school students. |
