Zusammenfassung:Abstract Background Inherited palmoplantar keratoderma are a rare group of disorder affecting the palm and sole characterised by hyperkeratosis resulting in severe disability and deformities. Objective To report a rare case of punctate palmoplantar keratoderma. Method A case attending our OPD is reported. Result Case report. Conclusion This case is reported for its unique presentation and rarity.
