Wheeler's Loeb edition (London and New York, 1924) in the 2nd edition revised by G. P. Goold (London and Cambridge, MA., 1988), and Georg Luck's commentary (Heidelberg, 1977). I have also had a preview of J. B. Hall's forthcoming Teubner edition and I have used his apparatus, in which the traditional sigla for the principal manuscripts are retained.
