Zusammenfassung: | There are throughout the Commonwealth many variations on the Westminster model of parliamentary democracy and different examples of how different jurisdictions have sought to answer the question of whether a single Chamber or two Chambers is the best model to adopt. Furthermore, those jurisdictions that have adopted a two Chambers model demonstrate that there are many ways of doing so and this can provide useful guidance for the proponents of parliamentary reform in this area.
