Then the research used immunofluorence methods to examine alpha B-crystallin expression characteristic in muscle cell. Result: In control group, alpha B-crystallin expression is low in muscle cell; In immediately after exercise group and 24h after exercise group, alpha B-crystallin expression of muscle cell is very high.
