Zusammenfassung:Abstract Intracranial needles are a rare entity. They most commonly present with headache and seizures. The management of such patients is sometimes challenging. We present a 52-year-old woman who was admitted to our hospital with status epilepticus, because of an inracranial needle. There was no history of epileptic seizures and she was asymptomatic until the time of presentation.
