Zusammenfassung: | Long-wave pass edge filter of high transmittance, wide band pass and sharp transition have been designed and fabricated using a single weakly absorbed A1203 thin film material ofnano- structural properties. The thickness was about 80.7 nm prepared by spray pyrolsis technique. A detailed mathematical analysis based on characteristic matrix theory is presented to predict the pass bands of wavelength. Design was taken into account the effect of dispersion phenomena over a wide spectral region. |
