Zusammenfassung:Precursor solutions were prepared by the reaction of (2, 2, 3, 3, 4, 4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 7, 7, 8, 8, 9, 9, 9-heptadecafluorononyl)oxirane with 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane in ethanol, followed by hydrolysis in the presence of acetic acid. The resulting solutions were mixed with another solution prepared using methyltriethoxysilane. Glass substrates were coated using these solutions and subsequent heat treatment. The resultant hybrid films showed a contact angle with water of 104° and pencil hardness of 8 H.
