Zusammenfassung:	Reticule （Modulator） is an important element of optical system in the seeker unit. This paper presents a method of modulator design by using two ways, normal way and fractal function way. In both ways the disc divided into number of sectors （some of it are transmittance and other are not）. The result of this design was represented by evaluating the modulation transfer function （MTF） for both ways and the output was compared.
