Zusammenfassung: | A method of determining the electrical parameters of a resistance furnace for producing silicon carbide is proposed. The basis of the identification method is a distributed electrical model of the furnace, corresponding to a system of nonlinear equations for a sequence of periodic measurements. It is shown that the set of solutions of the system enables the quality of the furnace insulation during the whole melting process to be estimated. A numerical experiment confirmed the operating capability of the procedure. |
