La cristianización de las necropolis de "Cordvba" : fuentes escritas y testimonios arqueológicos

An essay is presented that provides an archaeological study of the urban necropolis in Cordoba, Spain, focusing on the transformation of the city's cemeteries during late antiquity. It examines the reasons for the use of burial sites in suburban areas and considers the Christianization of funeral topography. In order to analyze the history of Cordoba's cemeteries, the essay also looks into ancient literary sources that define the character of Cordoba's religious architecture.
