Zusammenfassung:	Neutrophilic eccrine hidradenitis (NEH) is a neutrophilic dermatosis reported for the first time in 1982 by Harrist et al. [1,2]. About 50 cases have been reported in the literature to date. Most of the time, NEH is associated with underlying hematologic or neoplasic disease. We report a case of NEH in an HIV-infected patient without other underlying disease.
