Zusammenfassung:	Micro-Abstract We evaluated the clinicopathologic and prognostic significance of Ezrin in NSCLC by immunohistochemistry, Western blot and RT–PCR. The expressions of Ezrin and phospho-Ezrin were higher, and there was subcellular translocation of Ezrin in NSCLC. High-level Ezrin expression contributed to NSCLC progression, and the phosphorylation and subcellular translocation of Ezrin might be the important mechanisms.
