VICTIM PARTICIPATION AT THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT AND THE EXTRAORDINARY CHAMBERS IN THE COURTS OF CAMBODIA: A FEMINIST PROJECT?

Admittedly, answering these questions is a difficult exercise, as the ICC has yet to complete its first case and the ECCC has issued only a single trial judgment thus far. [...] my assessment is based primarily on a review of the tribunals' rules and decisions regarding victim participation; victims' submissions; transcripts of the proceedings; and commentary on the experience of victim participants.
