A Gestão Do Conhecimento: Dois Casos Singulares

The present paper aims to study the conceptual framework of knowledge management. It also studies some issues of the information management systems as well as the types of information management. The paper presents an exploratory research using a multiple case study. Two companies had been selected and an investigation instrument was applied on those companies, with the objective to gather information and to identify, describe and verify the existence and functionality of the knowledge management in the companies studied.
