Zusammenfassung:The Meetings of Studies in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management (Egepe), the Brazilian main event in the entrepreneurship area, have been consolidated over time. The scientific production disseminated in these events has been increasing and demands an analysis of its production and authors. Based on concepts orientation about the term "entrepreneurship" and its study fields, this research aimed to select the main authors and also main cited papers published in Egepe. Using an bibliometric study, it surveyed 205 articles between the years 2000 and 2008, containing in their titles, key-words or abstracts the variables: entrepreneur, entrepreneurship and startup. Analyzing Egepe's scientific production, this paper highlights the most-referenced authors, as (in order of number of times cited): Filion, Schumpeter, Drucker, Dolabela, Dornelas, Mintzberg, Carland, McClelland, Degen and Kuratko. Using social network analysis (UNICET software) it observes the existence of associations between authors, articles and fields of study. The network of cooperation that most involves researchers stands out for connecting six articles published by four researches: Filion, Dolabela, Dornelas, and Degen. Among them, Filion and Dolabela each participate in the network with two articles. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
