The issues covered include: maritime zones recognized under UNCLOS, the development of the law of maritime delimitation, identification of relevant coasts and baselines, pre-existing agreement, delimitation of the territorial sea, delimitation of the continental shelf and the EEZ, and the starting point and end point of delimitation.
