Zusammenfassung: | The studies reported in this volume are part of a program of researches being carried on in the Reading Clinic at the State University of Iowa. Two papers deal with the role of eye movements in reading deficiency. One of the article in this issue reveals a number of common elements in silent and oral reading and shows that oral reading of the type studied is fairly comparable to silent reading.
