Zusammenfassung: | Dentigerous cysts are developmental cysts of odontogenic origin and they are second commonest after radicular cyst. Bilateral Dentigerous cysts are generally associated with syndromes and systemic manifestations. Non syndromic bilateral dentigerous cysts are rare, and till today only 18 cases have been reported. Aim of the present article is to report a rare case of nonsyndromic bilateral dentigerous cyst in a child patient with mixed dentition involving unerupted mandibular first premolars.
