Zusammenfassung:The goal of this study is to emphasize the importance of positive organizational behavior (POB) and boredom proneness for businesses and to analyze their impact on employee behavior. The study is expected to show that positive organizational behavior variables have a positive explanatory power on perceived organizational support (POS) and that boredom proneness has a negative explanatory power. The study also investigates whether the organizational climate has a mediation effect on the effect of positive organizational behavior variables and boredom proneness on perceived organizational support.
