Zusammenfassung: | This study aims to emphasize the level of the relationship between one's inborn culture being male or female and his empathic skill. While human beings divide into two categories (man and woman) for the biological diversity, equally, nations divide as masculine and feminine for the social-cultural roles. Empathic skill can be defined as the process of putting himself in the position of other; to be able to understand the other's feelings and thoughts to transmit this process to the respondent. A data of 223 students studying in Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration are analysed. SPSS 10.0 are used for questionnaire method and analysis of the data. In this study, the presence of the relationship between Masculinity/Femininity Level and Empathic Skill are researched and no statistically significant relationship is found. One of the outcomes of the research is that the students who have high-income parents show more masculinity level. The results showed significant relationship between parents income and masculinity level but no significant relationship between parents income and empathic skill level. |
