Effects of immunoadsorption on endothelial function, circulating endothelial progenitor cells and circulating microparticles in patients with inflammatory dilated cardiomyopathy

Background Immunoadsorption (IA) is used in patients with chronic inflammatory dilative cardiomyopathy (iDCM) to remove cardiotoxic autoantibodies, and to improve myocardial function.
