This Index lists the authors of the books in the March, June, September, and December Annotated Listing of New Books by author, alphabetically, with their primary subject classifications and “JEL numbers.” (Note: “R.D.” stands for Related Disciplines.”) If a book has more than one author, each name (up to six) is listed separately. Annotations are numbered consecutively by JEL number in the Annotated Listing section of each issue as follows: March 2007–0001 to 2007–0405, June 2007–0406 to 2007–0813, September 2007–0814 to 2007–1216, and December 2007–1217 to 2007–1604.
