Zusammenfassung:[...] the very nature of the specialized school may create. a barrier to the development of peer relationships beyond the boundaries of the classroom. (In recognition of the project's success, in fall 2010 C2k provided Foyle View with Tandberg dedicated videoconferencing technologiesteachers and students can now participate in the videoconferences at their home school.) The relationships that developed through this project have prompted us to explore ways to allow the teachers and students to connect in the physical world as well as the virtual, even recognizing the challenges of having a group of students with multiple and severe disabilities participate in international travel.
