Développer une véritable démarche de contrôle et d'évaluation » des cellules de reclassement

This article offers to point out the difficulties revealed by the evaluation of redeployment units through a monographic study of two collective redundancy plans (PSEs, plans de sauvegarde de l'emploi) and an analysis of the trajectories of the 700 people involved. To do so, we will study several issues at stake: the definition of a referential, the definition and evaluation of the accompanying work of redeployment units and of the collecting of the data on individual trajectories. This article then offers a modeling of former employees' situations, two years after the redeployment units have closed down, in the two cases under study. To conclude, it synthesizes the conditions needed to carry out a proper control and evaluation process of redeployment units. [PUB ABSTRACT]
