Effect of hypoxen on bioenergetic processes in mitochondria and activity of ATP-sensitive potassium channel
The effect of Hypoxen (HX) on bioenergetic processes in the mitochondria of heart and liver of rats connected with respiration, generation of hydrogen peroxide and activity of ATP-sensitive K-channel (mitoKATP) has been studied. It is shown that HX in the range of 0.05–10 μg/mL stimulates respiratio...

Zusammenfassung: | The effect of Hypoxen (HX) on bioenergetic processes in the mitochondria of heart and liver of rats connected with respiration, generation of hydrogen peroxide and activity of ATP-sensitive K-channel (mitoKATP) has been studied. It is shown that HX in the range of 0.05–10 μg/mL stimulates respiration, increases the coupling in the respiratory chain, and increases the formation of H
