Corporate social responsibility has become a key element within the enterprise level. It has a dual role. On the one hand it improves the situation of their environment, ensuring continuity in a supportive environment, another may be a key to improving the performance of the company thanks to the action on the various groups related to it. This paper examines to what extent the peculiarities of cooperative societies closer to the socially responsible actions. The study focuses on the economic financial and economic systems of retribution or the sharing of results, but also considers factors such as participation in decision-making or promoting workers.
