Zusammenfassung:The entire enrollment (111 males, 150 females) of an area Neighborhood Youth Corps (NYC) was administered the CPI to facilitate program planning and evaluation. Compared to high school norms, all the enrollees showed significant achievement problems and social immaturity; the boys were more extreme than the girls. They also showed a greater potential for dropping out of school and for acting-out delinquent behavior. The NYC results were also compared with norms developed on high school disciplinary problems and school dropouts.
