Zusammenfassung: | 296 trainees of the US Navy School for Divers Second Class completed a demographic questionnaire, a health inventory, and an attitude survey. Significant multiple correlations in a validation sample and in a cross-validation sample were obtained between these variables and a pass-fail performance criterion. Scales dealing with mental health and training apprehension were the most significant predictors. |
