Zusammenfassung: | The authors previously reported successfully employing a therapeutic strategy with schizophrenic students. Continued work suggested certain personality parameters related to failure given this strategy. These are outlined as are some technique changes. Previously, patients were restricted from sexual intercourse and from drug and alcohol use. Currently, patients evidencing no disruptive effects of such involvements are permitted sexual activity and/or mild use of alcohol or marihuana. Personality parameters associated with failure represent 2 response styles: (a) a marked infantile orientation, and (b) a negativistic hostile attitude. |
