A note on norms for the Purdue Industrial Mathematics Test and the Adaptability Test

Tables of norms are presented for a variety of aviation trades on the Purdue Industrial Mathematics Test and the Tiffin and Lawshe Adaptability Test. For the 152 cases used, the correlation between the two tests was .71.
